  • Can I interview virtual assistants?
    Yes! You will get to interview 3-5 virtual assistants so you could select the best fit for you and your business.
  • Why is there a Start-Up fee? What is a the Start-Up Fee?
    Start-Up fee covers training cost, training materials, full company support like trainers, coaches to help your virtual assistant and monitor them and it also includes the usage of our time tracking system. Start-Up Fee is a one time payment.
  • Can I cancel my service if it didn't work out with the virutal assistant?
    We can offer a replacement if ever the virtual assistant is not working out for you.
  • Where are the virtual assistants located?
    Our virtual assistants are based in the Philippines.
